This is the logo for the company that produced the film. Since both of the people behind the founding of the company are named Alex, (Alex Harris and Alex McNally) This was the obvious choice.

Tim's name referrers to his role as a messenger, and whatever message he was going to deliver (before his rude interruption at the end of the clip) would be useful for clearing up any doubt surrounding Georges death. However, some sound, or to be specific, different languages cannot be understood by everyone. That is where dubbing comes in. Dubbing is when the characters in the film are given new voices for different languages so people from different countries can watch films in their language, no matter what language they speak. While dubs don't enhance scenes, dubbing makes the film more accessible for everyone without having to resort to subtitles.
